You won’t see pictures of us, loud and proud claims about our productivity, or forms aplenty that you can fill out to get some cheesy “10 WAYS TO MARKET YOUR HOME!” report. (What you really get with those is your name in a database where you’ll get bombarded with marketing material. Handy if you need a calendar or a refrigerator magnet with an agent’s face on it).

What you get here is the ability to search for Phoenix area homes. That’s it.

We do not and never will require you to register to search for homes.

If you want to save searches, and have new listings automatically emailed to you then yes, you will need to provided an email address. (after all, it would be difficult to email you new listings without your email address…)

But we assure you that your email address will not be used for anything other than search saves and updates. No, “How are you doing?” emails, no newsletters, no contact at all until and unless YOU want us to contact you.
